The Elite series for bulk and microbulk tanks allows gas distributors to see real time supply and demand data at each of their customer’s sites.  This data improves delivery route planning, usage tracking, and future demand prediction.

The system operates on the principal of differential pressure.  By detecting the pressures at both the top and bottom of the tank and comparing their differential, a determination about the tank’s fill level can be made.

Once the liquid level falls below a predetermined threshold, the telemetry unit sends an alert via Wise Telemetry’s web-based monitoring software, allowing for timely deliveries.  When installed on a fleet of tanks, the data from our telemetry units can be fed into industrial routing software to ensure optimal delivery routes and no emergency deliveries.

Which gases can be used with this system?

The Elite series for bulk and microbulk tanks can be used with nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, and helium.  Additional gases may be available upon request.

Can this system be retrofitted onto my existing tanks?

Yes.  The Elite series for bulk and microbulk tanks can be retrofitted onto most existing tanks.

Does this system require multiple pieces of hardware?

No.  The Elite series for bulk and microbulk tanks is only one piece of hardware that both senses the liquid level and communicates these readings from the tank to our cloud computing system.

Our devices can communicate via 4G LTE-M connections.

How do I access my data?

Data from Wise Telemetry devices can be accessed online via our secure web portal.  Alternatively, Wise Telemetry software can interact with APIs for ERP, asset tracking, and route planning systems.
